研究内容:

(1)水稻离子组学与水稻降镉增产叶面肥产品的研发方面:基于水稻体内多种离子相互拮抗作用,筛选出了一批能够减低稻米镉积累量的叶面调理剂,开发出了以新型离子液体为主要成份的高效降镉叶面肥,能显著降低稻米及小麦中重金属(Cd/As)含量;

(2)植物蛋白组学与重金属毒理方面:Cd进入水稻内后,可溶性蛋白和游离氨基酸、巯基化合物等都会发生显著的变化。我们利用UPLC-Q-TOFGC-MSHPLC建立了检测水稻根、茎、叶、穗轴和籽粒等不同器官中多种氨基酸的实验方法检测平台;

(3)光化学技术的改进与新型纳米纤维复合材料的制备方面:制备了PAN/Ag/TiO2纳米纤维复合材料,开展了农田环境中铁循环过程对污染物迁转机制影响研究,并将光化学技术与纳米气泡技术相结合,显著提高了活性氧物质的产率,有效促进了污染物转化过程。
